One month after executing the work, Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC has held a hand-over ceremony of the second segment of girder in total of 10 segments to the Construction Unit of Dragon Bridge on 15 March, 2012.

Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC (CEMC) have conducted delivering the first steel box girder for the New Bridge project that crossing the Han river - Da Nang (Dragon Bridge) to the Da Nang Department of transport (Investor of the project) at the assembly location at the Thuan Phuoc Bridge on dawn of 06 March, 2012 and after more than 5 hours of transportation in the night from the factory of the Company at Hoa Cam IZ - Cam Le district. This project has been ensured its progress and met quality, the steel box girder is with dimension of 8x14x4 (m), and nearly 80tons weight

On December 29, 2010, after completing legal procedures as prescribed, preparing human resources and other necessary works Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company – Vietnam (CEMC) and Changsha Zhitong Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. On December 15, 2010, in Danang City, the Trade Union of Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CEMC) organized the first employees’ sports competition closing ceremony in 2010 which took place from December 10 to December 15, 2010. On May 15, 2010, Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CEMC) held the 2010 annual Shareholder's meeting with the participation of EVN’s representatives and 52 shareholders and authorized people possessing and representing for 1,504,723 shares, occupying 75.24% of total voting shares.
